Natural Dandruff Remedy

1. SALT AND VINEGAR

This ancestral recipe not only eradicates dandruff, but maintains the health of your scalp, and promotes the shine and vitality of your hair. Indeed, the acidity of the vinegar modifies the pH of the scalp and stops the development of dandruff. You’ll need :

  • 2 tablespoons of salt (fine or coarse, it doesn’t matter);
  • 1/2 glass of water  ;
  • 1 tablespoon of pure cider vinegar.

Mix the 2 tablespoons of salt in half a glass of water then massage your scalp for about 5 minutes. For convenience, put the solution in a spray container and then spray it all over your hair.

Leave it on for ten minutes.

Rinse thoroughly with clear water.

Do this treatment twice a week.

To intensify the effectiveness, you can start this treatment by totally wetting your hair with pure vinegar.

Leave to act for 1/2 hour. Then, follow the process suggested above.

Others prefer to use the cider vinegar and water mixture (5 to 6 tablespoons for 1 liter of water) as final rinse water. This solution further enhances the shine and vitality of your hair.

2. LEMON JUICE

For the same acidic property it provides, lemon is a variant of the vinegar method.
