Do you recognize yourself in these 10 points? Then you’re way too tired!

1) You snack all the time

When we are very tired, our body is lacking energy and needs fast sugars and carbohydrates to get back on track!

If you fall for fatty and sugary foods every break, it may mean that you are too tired.

2) You are much less productive

You have looked at Facebook 20 times since the beginning of the morning, made small drawings on a sheet, you went to a room without remembering what you came to do there. On the other hand, you still haven’t started the report you have to finish today…

Rest, you’re too tired!

Indeed, the reduction in concentration skills is a sign of fatigue.

3) You are irritable

Mood swings, nervousness, even crying fits: you need rest!

Fatigue can make us emotionally unstable and make us fall for nothing.

In women, this condition can also be due to hormonal imbalance caused by menopause, pregnancy, or hyperthyroidism.

Don’t hesitate to talk to your doctor.

4) You are still sick

For some time now, you have been catching all the viruses lying around. This may be a sign that you are exhausted.

In lack of sleep, our immune system weakens and is not able to fight germs properly.

Get more sleep and talk to your doctor if more sleep doesn’t help.

5) You are clumsy

Clumsiness and lack of coordination can be signs of too much fatigue.

Did you miss your mouth when you wanted to drink a glass of water? Do you drop everything? Do you have bruises from taking the corners of the doors?

What if it was fatigue?

6) You no longer have sexual desire

Stress, fatigue, and lack of sleep can have consequences on sexual desire.

If your libido is at zero and you prefer to sleep rather than make swings when it is not in your habit, you may be too tired!

It may also be that you are in full Burn out.

7) You have no taste for anything

The yoga class you loved to attend or a barbecue with friends, doesn’t it mean anything to you?

This can be a sign that you are far too tired, as well as a sign of depression.

Severe fatigue is a symptom of many diseases, if you feel very tired while you feel like you are getting enough sleep, talk to your doctor.

8) You have digestive problems

In case of intense fatigue, the intestines do not function optimally. Digestion can be either too slow or too fast, causing constipation and diarrhea.

On the appetite side, fatigue most often results in cravings but can also manifest itself in a lack of appetite and weight loss.

9) Sleep disorders

Contrary to popular belief, when you are tired, you do not fall asleep easily. Fatigue can be such that the body is out of whack, and ditto if it is mental fatigue.

Sleep disorders may then appear such as insomnia or hypersomnia, difficulty falling asleep, frequent awakenings, etc.

10) Your senses fail you

Decreased vision, decreased hearing, decreased sense of smell or even taste, balance disorders, etc.

A tired organism no longer perceives sensations optimally and has difficulty sending the right messages to the brain. Rest is then necessary.
