Steam inhalations

Against a stuffy nose, nothing is more effective than inhaling steam. 

For even faster results, you can dilute drops of essential oils in boiling water. Breathe in herbs like peppermint, eucalyptus (one of the best remedies for nasal congestion), or thyme.

Stand over the bowl for 10 minutes, with a towel over your head to keep the steam from escaping. Repeat the operation 3 to 4 times a day.

lemon juice

Lemon, rich in vitamin C and antioxidants, is a valuable ally against the common cold. A few drops of lemon juice in your nose, and voila! 

Dilute the lemon with a little water then spray this mixture in spray in your nasal cavities.

Drink water, tea, and herbal tea

Hydration helps to thin mucus and reduce pressure in the sinuses. Drinking water, tea, or herbal tea, will help decongest your nose.
